This month, Concha y Toro initiated a trial period for a new restaurant, where visitors can enjoy an incredible eno-gastronomic experience with the best wines and sustainable and innovative cuisine, in a first for Chile’s wine industry.
Our Principal brand stood out among the best Carmeneres in the competition, which was held from June 7-10.
The Concha y Toro subsidiary has four bars in Santiago, and will open two more with partners that have experience in the restaurant industry: one in Antofagasta and the other in Santiago Airport.
In 2019, Concha y Toro initiated a soil improvement project in two of its vineyards in order to enhance soil quality and productivity over time.
These instances were led by Juanma Quelle, international lecturer, writer and executive coach, with a Master's Degree in Positive Psychology Applied in different estates and warehouses of the company.
